Here are 7 healthy habits that will help you feel all active and lively once again!! So let's go:
1. Wake up early: Although getting out of your blankets in the cold winter mornings doesn't sound so relishing, but trust me, once you have adapted to this, it'll be a whole new experience. Waking up early will give you a lot of positive energy and a constant smile that will last throughout the day, and definitely make the day better for you and the others around you. 2. A heavy breakfast: A healthy and heavy breakfast, accompanied by a glass of fruit juice is the best way to start your day. This'll give you the essential energy to start your work and will decrease your cravings for junk food throughout the day. And like they say, "There has never been a sadness that can't be cured by Breakfast Foods."🍲🥃
3. Meditate: Take out five- ten minutes out of your daily routine to breadth and relax. "Breathing is key." It will help you to let out the stress in your mind, calm you down and increase your level of concentration that'll help you work better! So go on, take three deep breaths ya'll!! 😀❤
4. Move your body: Make sure you exercise regularly, to keep your limbs and hormones fresh and active!! Exercise in whatever form you want to- hit the gym if you want, or go for a run, workout at home, or simply dance it out!! And I promise you'll see the difference!👯😄
5. Skincare and hygiene: Follow a regular skincare routine and your skin will take care of you. Moisturize every bit of your skin, exfoliate regularly and stay hydrated. Your dental health is equally important. Brush your teeth twice a day, floss and make sure you follow up with your dentist, and the most beautiful smile is on your way!!💆😁
6. Pamper yourself: You need to make sure that you take some time out of your busy routine to relax and pamper yourself. Keep a day in the week when you go out with your friends, have a picnic, go swim, treat yourself in the new eatery in the town or simply just take a long, hot, relaxing bath. It is important to get the work stress out, detoxify so that you can again go back to your work with a fresh and happy mind. 💃
7. Get a pet: I think every person should have a pet to take care of. It might be a dog, a cat, a fish or something as low maintenance as plants. It will imbibe in you the quality to take care of someone other than yourself, and will make you happier than you can think of!! I personally love gardening and taking care of my plants.😉💘
