Stressful Day To-Do List.

The last few weeks have been super tiring. From semester examinations to running for internships, I could see what it feels like to be stressed after a really long time. And soon it struck my mind, that once this pandemic is over, each one of us will have to return to our old busy and hectic schedule. So, I have listed down some plans of how I destress my mind and body on the hectic and stressful days:

  1. Wear comfy clothes once you're back from work (Or just get dressed up for no reason)👕🩳
  2. Celebrate what is working for you🎊
  3. Listen to happy tunes (And maybe dance to it!)🎶💃
  4. Write about how you feel📝
  5. Compliment yourself💌
  6. Trash negative thoughts🗑️
  7. Remember how far you have come💪
  8. Eat something that you love (I would go for desserts, hehe)🍨🍩
  9. Call up a friend if you need company☎️
  10. Compliment someone else too🎋🌈
  11. Go outside and feel some nature 🌴⛅
  12. Get artsy 🖌️🎨
  13. Try gardening🪴🌻
  14. Drink warm tea/coffee☕
  15. Take a long refreshing bath🛀🧼
  16. Practice meditation/ yoga🧘
  17. Try a DIY facial or face mask🙈🦋
  18. Play video or computer games🎮🧩
  19. Plan a vacation✈️🏖️
  20. Make sure to get good sleep🛌💤
